My company is struggling in a changing marketplace. Can using your building modules help us stay relevant?

Building with insulated panels provides a rapid build. This prevents costs incurred by delays and is employee work-load efficient. The panels are lightweight and easy to install.

 

Everything can be planned ahead at the design point, including built-in ducting for heating and ventilation.

The Designers at our suppliers are used to designing for specific environments and take every care to thoroughly research the site conditions before the design is started.

Full consultation regarding customer requirements is an ongoing process throughout the planning stage and when everyone is satisfied with the plan, the project is prepared, packaged and delivered. Right down to the last nut and bolt. 

Our supplier has built industrial and domestic construction the world around, for the last 50 years. They have the experience and the know-how to produce specific design contingency for earthquake, flood and high winds.

Do you also use panels for the flooring? How strong are they?

The floor panels come in various load-bearing capacities depending on the requirements of the project. They are tough, durable and the surfaces can be provided with phineol, a very strong finish.

You can have the whole circus on that!

Aren't there other panel construction companies around - how is yours different?

Other panel type companies may be cheaper and do have something to contribute. However our suppliers have been around for 50 years and have gained a wealth of valuable experience and know-how.

Further, the panels have superior environmental management, such as condensation-free, fire-proof, can withstand gale force winds and come in all variety of cladding choices. The surfaces are maintenance free, no re-painting required, are hygienic to hospital standards and are resistant to mold and pests. 

Finally, the system uses a unique method of sandwiching insulation between outer layers of timber  and cement blend and a patented locking system to create an exceptionally strong frame. This frame can be secured with earthquake pads or shock absorbers. The finished building is airtight and is delivered with air management systems to keep you warm in winter and cool in summer, such as the gen-vex type, providing automatic fresh air supply with 85% heat recovery. Windows and doors are standard double-glazed. Solar panels on the roof are optional.
